Mission is to increase the number of children and families who receive trauma-specific care in Philadelphia, specifically for those who have Medicaid or are uninsured.

Connects 20 behavioral health partners and agencies in our network to offer Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs), such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

PACTS aims to increase referrals for trauma treatment from all child-serving systems including hospitals, schools, the Department of Human Services (DHS), Juvenile Justice, and Victim’s Services by increasing use of trauma screenings and assessments.
